To do this, we brought together all aspects of advice delivery under a single branded platform - from the frontline to the back office, from the ads to the website, and everything in between.
We repositioned Scotiabank from last place to a leader in financial advice, driving a 20% increase in investment sales despite the massive financial impact of the pandemic.
A mobile app for a bank is complicated but the approach we used to design one was simple.
Through a combination of competitive analysis, interviews, and user testing, we identified where we could simplify the experience and add moments of delight. Through a complete digital refresh, we reduced screens by 44% and introduced exciting new features like selfie-sign-up (a first in Canada).
By going beyond numbers and deal terms to tell a robust partnership story, we helped Scotiabank become the winning candidate in the MD Financial acquisition.
